AVAILABILITY
Emirates AirFreight Priority is a Cargo iQ accredited service that can handle cargo that is of a maximum weight of 1,000kg (6m3) per consignment. Cargo for Emirates AirFreight Priority can be accepted up to 2 hours before flight departure for shipments up to 100kg. Heavier shipments up to 1,000kg will have a 4-hour acceptance cut-off.
DELIVERED AS PROMISED
Your priority shipment comes with a special Delivered As Promised (DAP) money-back guarantee. The refund applies for cargo up to 1,000kg (6m3). Shipments in excess of this will see the money-back guarantee apply only to those items that did not fly as booked. Emirates AirFreight Priority is Cargo iQ certified for superior shipment planning and performance monitoring.
TRACK AND TRACE
Track and Trace is available for you to monitor your cargo and have peace of mind knowing exactly where your shipment is. This service can be requested online or in person at any Emirates SkyCargo office.
