Quality Improvement Teams, trained in scientific problem-solving techniques, investigate issues and devise long-term corrective and preventive solutions. Continuous process analysis and reviews are used to monitor all our systems and procedures. Staff at all levels receive on-going instruction, not only in the technical aspects of their work, but through training in inter-personal skills on how best to deliver our service.
We have also set up a quality measurement system for both our own and our business partners' activities. This enables us to compare actual performance with benchmark targets, highlighting any deficiencies so that remedial action can be taken swiftly. In anticipation of our customers’ changing requirements and to ensure our services meet those needs, frequent surveys are undertaken in the markets we serve and, of course, we keep you informed about developments and strategies through internal awareness programmes.
