In co-operation with our suppliers, we're engaged in measuring the process of handling, transportation and the distribution of shipments system-wide. The results are segregated, analysed, compiled and reported for the identification of the bottlenecks and their elimination.

To add to the transparency of the organisation, we're committed to publish the 'Quality Attainment Rate' regularly. In line with the tradition, we're the first to publish the hub operations performance statistics and quality in hub operations.
